Managed IT pricing · per-seat plans

Four plans, priced per seat, structured around what your business actually needs.

Every plan starts with the same senior-led helpdesk, baseline security, monitoring and quarterly review. You choose what gets added on top: the operational services, the compliance stack, or everything. There's no up-sell pressure to move; most long-tenure clients land on Complete because a single accountable team leaves nowhere for a problem to fall between.

What's in each plan

Inclusions by plan: Managed IT, plus Services, plus Compliance, and Complete.

On every plan

The Client Security Baseline applies regardless of plan.

Every CCP client contracts to a written security baseline: phish-resistant MFA, application control, vulnerability management, awareness training, a password manager with Single Sign-On, HR-driven onboarding and offboarding, incident response planning, and backups. Some of those are included in the plan you choose; any that aren't, we require you to run an equivalent from another provider.

If the baseline isn't met, the effectiveness of everything else drops and our liability exposure rises. We notify you in writing, give you 30 days to remedy or agree a plan, and can suspend or terminate if the gap becomes material. Not punitive. Just honest: we can't defend an environment that refuses to cover its own basics. See the cybersecurity page for the full baseline.

Common questions

What clients ask before they pick a plan.

We don't know which plan fits us. Can you help us decide?
Yes, that's what the qualifier and the first scoping conversation are for. We look at your current environment, the compliance pressure you're actually under (insurer, regulator, client audit), your growth plans, and the arrangement you already have. Then we recommend a plan honestly, including when the answer is "you don't need the full compliance stack yet, start with + Services and come back in a year." Most long-tenure clients end up on Complete over time because plan boundaries create friction, but we don't push you there before the business actually needs it.
Why isn't phone / internet / web hosting in the + Compliance plan?
Those are operational services, not compliance ones. + Compliance is designed for clients who already have their own telco, internet and hosting arrangements and want the cybersecurity and governance stack layered on top. Clients who want all of it in one hand are on Complete.
Can we start on Managed IT and move up over time?
Yes. This is the most common path. We start with the baseline, stabilise the environment, then add + Services or + Compliance as the business need becomes clear. Most clients reach Complete within their first 12 to 24 months because by then they've seen what an all-in-one-hand arrangement actually looks like.
What does it actually cost?
Per seat per month, with a 10-seat minimum. View the pricing here: answer three questions about size and problem, get a real rate, download a PDF. The floor is $170 per seat per month on Managed IT at 50+ seats. The honest framing: think about what we cost against what we save. Reduced cyber-insurance premiums, avoided breach and downtime losses, staff not fighting their tools, clients who can reach you reliably. We aim to be the single most valuable employee on your roster, not the cheapest IT quote on the desk.
What's the minimum engagement size?
Ten seats is the hard floor. Below that, what we sell doesn't work, and we'd rather tell you upfront than take the money. Seats include all people and servers that touch the environment: staff, contractors, offshore workers, dormant accounts. We don't let seats get quietly excluded to lower the invoice.
Do you supply our Microsoft 365 licences, or do we keep our own?
We supply them, on every plan that includes Microsoft 365 management (+ Services, + Compliance, Complete). As your management provider and Microsoft Partner of Record we size the licences correctly, stop you paying for seats you don't use or tiers you can't benefit from, and keep the tenant licence-compliant for the features we enable. The common pattern we inherit from prior providers is a business paying for E3 on users who could be on Business Premium, or Business Basic on staff who can't use the security features the business actually needs. We fix that on day one. If you're on the Managed IT base plan, we don't take over licensing, but we'll flag sizing problems at the quarterly review.

The qualifier

Let's see if we're a fit.

Seven questions, one moment of your time. We'd rather tell you now than three months in.
